Martin is a senior leader with more than two decades of experience in child and family well-being services. He is committed to embedding the voices of children, families, and carers into the design of services and to working collaboratively across the sector to improve outcomes for kids in care.
Emily is a Director with the International Foster Care Organisation and Brand Ambassador with Adopt Change. She has been a long-time CREATE volunteer and advocate, and is passionate about permanency, sport-based empowerment, and giving children in care a strong voice in their futures.
Vanessa has over 40 years’ experience across financial services, insurance, and petroleum in senior roles. She and her husband have been respite carers for many years, and she is committed to ensuring children and young people have the opportunities and support they need to live their best lives.
Rachael is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of YOUmanity with extensive leadership experience across education, health, and government. She has co-founded two charities, developed award-winning safety technology, and is a foster carer. Alongside her husband, she supports children and manages a small farm - combining her professional expertise with her personal passion for safeguarding and empowering vulnerable young people.
